Dirt and concrete dumping FAQ

- Do I need a soil test or acceptance letter to dump dirt here?
- No. This is a private dump yard open to the public. Drive in with clean dirt and dump the same day. No soil test, no acceptance letter, no appointment. If a load looks off we check it at the gate, so text a photo first if you are not sure.
- What can I dump at the yard?
- Clean dirt, mixed loads, dirt and rock, concrete, and asphalt. We stop and check roots, sod, heavy green waste, trash, or anything that looks contaminated before it goes in the pile.
- How much does it cost to dump?
- Flat rates by truck or trailer size. Clean dirt starts at $99 for a pickup or one-axle trailer, and mixed loads start at $165. Full rate tables are on the pricing page. No scale, no weigh-in games.
- Do you take concrete and asphalt?
- Yes. Broken concrete and asphalt go in as a mixed load, priced by truck size. Keep it reasonably clean of trash, and we will tell you at the gate if anything needs to come out.
- Where are you and what are your hours?
- 11611 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843, less than half a mile off the SR-22. Open Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm. Extended hours, weekends, and overnight are available by request, so call ahead.
- Can I buy dirt, base, or sand while I am here?
- Yes. We sell screened fill dirt at $20 a ton, plus road base, recycled aggregate, and washed fill sand. Load up for the return trip or set up a delivery.
- How much does fill dirt cost?
- Screened fill dirt is $20 a ton for yard pickup, loaded while you wait. How much fill dirt costs for your job comes down to the yardage and whether you pick it up or want it delivered, and delivery is quoted by location and quantity. Not sure how many tons you need? - Where can I get fill dirt near me?
- Right off the SR-22 at 11611 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, in the heart of Orange County. Pick up screened fill dirt at the yard, or we deliver across Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Call ahead with your yardage and we load you fast or set up a delivery.
- Do you deliver material?
- Yes. Delivery runs across Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino, quoted by location and quantity. Call for a delivery quote.
- How do I pay, and do I get a receipt?
- Cash, card, or on a contractor account. Every load leaves with a dump ticket or material receipt for your records.
- Can I set up a contractor account?
- Yes. Running multiple trucks gets you contractor pricing and weekly billing so your drivers are not stopping to pay every load. Call to open an account with your business and billing details.
- How long does it take at the gate?
- About five minutes. Pull in, tell us what you have and your truck size, get a flat price, dump, and get back on the road.
