Pricing & forms
Pricing and forms, in one place
Dumping is priced flat by truck or trailer size, with no scale and no weigh-in, and you get the number before anything leaves the bed. Material sells by the ton or by the load. Call the yard with your truck size and what you are hauling and you have the price before you leave the job.

How pricing works
Four things decide your number.
We do not post rates, because the rate depends on what you pull in with. What does not change is how the number is worked out, and you can check that before you ever call.
Flat by truck or trailer size
Your load is priced on what you pull in with, not on what it weighs. A pickup and trailer, a bobtail, a Super 10, and a transfer are four different flat rates.
No scale, no weigh-in
There is nothing to drive onto and no tonnage to argue about. A wet clay load and a dry sandy load of the same size cost the same, so you are not paying for water.
Confirmed before you dump
You get the number at the gate, before anything leaves the bed. If it does not work for you, nothing has been dumped yet.
Material by the ton or by the load
Screened fill dirt sells by the ton. Road base, gravel, and washed sand sell by the load. Delivery is quoted separately by location and quantity.

One call and you have the price.
Rates move, and a posted sheet goes stale the week after it goes up. Call the yard with your truck or trailer size and what you are hauling and you get the current number before you leave the job, not after you have driven here.
- Your truck or trailer size, which is the main thing the rate is tied to
- Whether the load is clean dirt or mixed with concrete, asphalt, and rock
- For material, the product and the yardage you need
- For delivery, the jobsite location and how much you are taking
The sizes we price by
Tell us which one you are bringing and we can price you on the phone.

- 2-axle dump trailer
- Bobtail / F-450 / Gooseneck
- 10 Wheeler

- Truck & Pup / Transfer / End Dump
Clean dirt and mixed loads price differently at every size. If you are not sure which one you have, text a photo before you load.

Priced before you tip
Paperwork
What you leave with, and what we need from you.
Nothing here needs a form printed in advance. Accounts are opened on the phone, and every load leaves with its own record.
Every load leaves with a ticket
A dump ticket on the way out, or a material receipt if you loaded up. That is the record for the job, and you get it on the spot.
Accounts are set up on the phone
Call the yard with your business name, how many trucks you run, and your billing details. There is no form to fill in first.
Weekly billing on an account
One itemized statement a week instead of your drivers stopping to settle up on every load.
No soil test, no acceptance letter
This is a private yard open to the public, so clean dirt drives in and dumps the same day. The lab test and letter belong to the county process, not to ours.
