What we collect

When you send the inquiry form we collect your name, phone number, business name, the service you need, and your timeline. That is the whole list — no account, no sign-up, no tracking profile.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your job: pricing, scheduling, and questions about your load. Once in a while we may send updates or news about the yard. If you would rather not get those, say so and we stop.

Storage and sharing

Your information is stored securely and is only seen by the people working on your job. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the yard except as needed to answer your inquiry and to run this site.

To run the site and respond to you, the details you send us pass through a small set of service providers acting as our data processors:

• Vercel — hosts the site and processes the form submission.
• Resend — delivers your inquiry to us by email.
• Sentry — error monitoring, which can include form details if something goes wrong while you submit.
• Better Stack — uptime monitoring and log storage for the site.

Each of these providers handles your information only to provide its service to us, under its own security and privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

Like most sites we use basic analytics to see which pages get visited, and that can set a cookie in your browser. It tells us things like how many people looked at the materials page — not who you are. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site still works.
